Right on cue, New Scientist greets us with the following headline:
“Lots of red meat shortens life”
Researchers followed the eating habits of 545,000 people for 10 years. In that time, those who ate lots of read meat were about 30% more likely to die than those who ate the least.
Still … it’s steak …
